Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

At this time, all items are non-refundable. Please refer to the Sizing Chart page prior to making a purchase. Swimwear bottoms are non-returnable. 

To initiate a return please email tambranllc@gmail.com with your order number along with your reason for returning your item to request a return authorization. A representative will then provide you with a return address via email.

Items are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and scent free.

Please Note: TamBran is not liable for returns that are lost, undelivered or incorrectly addressed once placed in transit with postal services. We encourage you to return item/s using a tracked shipping method. 

EXCHANGES

If item(s) is received in acceptable conditions, you will be contacted via email with details about your exchange including the option to select one of the following exchange options:

(1) Exchange item for another size,

(2) Exchange item for a new item at equal value

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item you received is damaged or you have been sent the wrong size, please contact tambranllc@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item(s).
